The Lost Art of doing Nothing

Sorry I disappeared for a bit. I've had to take a break and in this video I explain why, what I did and where I've been. Of course, in this process, I have learned or relearned lots of things I wish to share with you too. I've worked out how to actually, truly balance the hustle culture that is so apparent in our world right now. This has been surprisingly hard, but I think with practise, I will get there. I remembered a book I read and a film I watched a long time ago which reminded me about 'dolce far niente,' or, the sweetness of doing nothing... This has been invaluable of late especially as I crescendo through my menopause passage. I actually believe it's a life changing art and I wrote out some guildelines (tips!) in my journal which I'm also sharing with you too!
