I'm afraid of change & can't let go

I'm afraid of change and I'm struggling to let go. Still seeking my fairy tale cottage, maybe in the mountains, maybe in the woods but struggling with what moving house would mean. A relocation, a house move, giving up everything familiar, everything I know. I'm not sure I am ready to let go of what I have and I fear change more than ever now I am getting older. Maybe being in my 50's means I am getting stuck in my ways! I think we all struggle with indecision and the pain of making those big decisions so I am giving myself some time and space to process.
