I had a car mishap | Counting Blessings

I didn't know where to start in making this video as I really didn't want to come here with such horrid news but if you've been here a while, you will know I do like to share the downs as-well-as the ups... So, I had a car accident a few weeks ago. This is what happened and how and what I'm doing to softly heal after my mishap. Healing with gratitude and giggles wherever I can to prevent going into ptsd as much as possible. Positive mindset as much as I can, to prevent the neural pathways from forming and saving me from flashbacks, nightmares and mental anguish.
