📝 HOW TO JOURNAL - process emotions and LET GO! EASY Theraputic Art Journaling Process to Heal

It's been a few years... the world went crazy, life felt like it was swept away and many of us are left with PTS in the aftermath... Living nowadays can feel chaotic, bumpy and demanding right now which can cause so much unnecessary extra stress, panic and anxiety. This is how I use art journaling and writing to heal and soothe my soul. I'm sharing my true, authentic and very personal process in this video using photographs and storytelling.
