Feeling troubled after some unwelcome news, this is what I do; writing, art, creating to heal

Life is bumpy, this is what I do... After some very unwelcome, troubling news which I will share with you here, I am back from our van trip. Hearing this news, completely out of the blue, has wobbled my foundations, big time. I have to admit, I am a little worried. But, onwards! Healing my soul in my usual ways with creativity, art, painting, writing and art journaling.
