In an effort to optimize my editing speeds in DaVinci Resolve I recently upgraded my entire computer which helped but didn't make things perfect. I hate waiting around while I'm editing and am always looking to make my work flow more efficient. I wondered what else I could do and finally considered that the video codec I've been shooting in might not be ideal for editing speeds. Or was it?
