ISO on the Canon R6 - Auto vs. Set, What Do YOU Use?

I'm trying to find the perfect ISO settings for the Canon r6. I want to get the colors looking amazing on this camera but before I can do that I have to get the camera ISO juuuust right. In the next video I'm going to explore whether or not I can get away with auto white balance, and then after that I'm going to dive into picture profiles. By the end of this my videos should look pretty dang good. Well they better because I spent a lot of money on this gear and if it doesn't I'm sleeping in the dog house!
