Are Canon Skin Tones Really THAT Good?!

Everyone says Canon skin tones and color science is the best. Is it? And if it is, how much do you have to push it in post to get there? I bought this expensive Canon r6 so I DON'T have to do much in post... How does it look? Is the skin tones orange in my studio after I've tweaked the camera and in post?
