It’s Garage Day, and this one is all about what I’m working on this week to keep my e-bikes dialed in. When I’m not out doing range tests or real-world ride vlogs, I’m in the garage swapping parts, tweaking fit, and setting bikes up so they’re comfortable, safer, and just plain more fun to ride. This is the behind-the-scenes side of e-bike ownership that a lot of folks skip—until something starts squeaking, your hands go numb, or you catch a flat at the worst time. In this video I’m focused on practical upgrades and maintenance-style add-ons: bars and stems to get the cockpit where it needs to be, mirrors so you can actually see what’s coming up behind you, and small stuff like a bottle cage that makes longer rides easier. I also talk about flat prevention with tire sealant, because if you ride a lot, flats aren’t “if,” they’re “when.” If you’re building out a Velotric Nomad 2 or Nomad 2X (or really any e-bike), these are the kind of simple changes that can make the bike fit you better and ride better without going crazy on mods.
