To learn more about my #1 recommendation to make money online please visit: https://bit.ly/MyNumber1Recommendation_msa Build A Micro SaaS Academy is a course created by Jamie Tam that teaches people how to build small subscription-based software products, often called Micro SaaS businesses. The idea is that you can create a niche software tool, charge users monthly, and eventually build recurring online income. The core model is simple. You come up with a software idea, validate whether people want it, build the product using coding or no-code tools, and then try to attract paying users through marketing and outreach. Inside the course, you’ll find training on finding software ideas, validating demand, building an MVP, pricing your product, launching it, and marketing it online. The program is focused heavily on solo founders building software without a team. However, this model comes with some real challenges. One of the biggest issues is that having a roadmap does not remove the difficulty of building software. You still need product ideas, technical ability, marketing skills, and enough patience to continue even when growth is slow. There are also concerns around saturation and competition. The SaaS space in 2026 is extremely crowded, with more developers, AI tools, and copycat products than ever before. Even if you build something useful, there’s no guarantee people will pay for it. On top of that, this is not passive income. Once the product is live, you still need to handle updates, customer support, cancellations, bug fixes, and ongoing marketing to keep users subscribed. This can be a useful framework for aspiring software founders, but building a profitable SaaS product is much harder than most online programs make it sound.
