But once you break down how the summit actually works, a different picture emerges. The event is not hands on AI training. There are no step by step workflows, prompt breakdowns, or systems you can implement immediately. Instead, the content stays very high level and focuses heavily on mindset, opportunity, and future positioning. The real business model is attention first, monetization later. The free summit is designed to attract a massive audience, build trust through well known speakers, and create emotional momentum around AI. Once the event ends, attendees are funneled into email sequences and pitches for paid programs that go much deeper and are often very expensive. Online feedback is mixed. Some people enjoy the motivation, energy, and big picture discussions. Others report feeling underwhelmed once they realized how little practical AI guidance was actually provided. Many users expected clear instructions on how to make money with AI and instead walked away with inspiration but no execution plan. Another issue is ownership. After the summit ends, you do not own anything. You are left to figure out how to turn ideas into income, and progress depends entirely on what paid programs you join next and how well you implement them. This is why I personally focus on building assets instead. Digital leasing takes a completely different approach. Instead of events, hype, or motivation cycles, it focuses on building simple local service websites that rank on Google and generate real customer calls. Those websites are rented to local business owners who pay monthly for the lead flow. You own the asset, control the traffic, and the income continues even when you are not actively working. If a business owner ever stops paying, the website remains yours and can be leased again.
