To learn more about my #1 recommendation to make money online please visit: https://bit.ly/MyNumber1Recommendation_fss Adrian Morrison’s “Free Shopify Store” offer is marketed as a completely done for you dropshipping store built at no cost to you. The pitch sounds simple. Sign up, get a prebuilt Shopify store loaded with products, personalize it, run ads, and start making money fast. On the surface, it looks like a shortcut into ecommerce. The store template includes preloaded products from a supplier platform, written product descriptions, and a basic theme installed. But once you start editing and clicking around, gaps become noticeable. Some links are filler. Policy pages may not be fully connected. Social icons can lead nowhere. Email capture forms are sometimes not integrated into any actual email system. For something advertised as fully done for you, it often feels incomplete. There is also very little guidance on the operational side of business. Taxes, customer service, chargebacks, refunds, supplier issues, and ad management are still entirely your responsibility. And the business model itself depends heavily on paid advertising. While the entry store may be promoted as free, upgrades can cost around $97 per month for premium templates. On top of that, there are Shopify subscription fees, app costs, and ad spend. If products do not convert, that money is gone. Many online reviews are mixed. Some users say it saved time compared to building from scratch. Others report aggressive upsells and feeling misled once they realized how much work and additional investment was still required. The biggest issue is stability. With dropshipping, you do not control shipping times, product quality, ad costs, or platform rule changes. If ads get expensive or a product stops trending, income can disappear quickly. You are constantly chasing the next winning product. This is why I personally prefer digital leasing instead. With digital leasing, you build small local service websites that rank on Google for services people are already searching for. When calls come in, those leads are rented to local business owners for recurring monthly payments. You are not forcing traffic with ads. You are tapping into demand that already exists. You own the website. You control the traffic. And if one contractor stops paying, the asset remains yours and can be leased to another. That level of ownership and predictability is very different from running a cookie cutter dropshipping store. Is Adrian Morrison’s free Shopify store legit? It is a real template and training offer, but it does not remove the risk, ad dependence, or volatility that comes with dropshipping.
