This was mostly good usable stuff that I would buy, and one of the better Advent calendars I have seen in this price range. I think most beginner artists or crafters would love this and even as a frequent creator, I would enjoy many of these items. I think this would be fun for families to create together and you get supplies that go together so you will be able to make projects with the kit. You do get a couple "merch" type gifts in this box which we see a lot in Advent calendars, but it's not too bad. Bottom line, I think it's worth it.
