अगर तुम्हारी 8GB या 16GB RAM single channel में है, तो performance वैसी नहीं मिलती जैसी dual channel में मिलती है. जब तुम 8+8 या 4+4 जैसी pairing करते हो, processing और multitasking में speed boost मिलता है. Gaming और video editing जैसे tasks में ये difference ज्यादा noticeable होता है.

मैंने अपने motherboard पर RAM slot के बगल में placement दिखाया है. पहली stick first slot में थी, और दूसरी stick मैंने alternate slot में लगाई—मतलब एक slot छोड़कर third slot में. यही तरीका dual channel use करने में help करता है (board के slot layout पर depend करता है).
