To serve, fill a glass with ice, add the cold brew, and top with the pumpkin foam. Enjoy immediately. -------- Gingerbread Latte Recipe: 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong-brew coffee) 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon molasses 1 cup milk (for foaming) In a glass measuring cup, combine the coffee, spices, sugar and molasses. Use a whisk to dissolve the spices in the coffee very well. Divide between two mugs. Steam or froth the milk in a milk frother (or just warm it on the stove). Divide the milk between the two mugs, and serve immediately --------- Mulled Wine Recipe: 1 bottle semi-dry red wine, like cabernet 2 cups apple cider 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup whole cranberries 1 orange, sliced 1 apple, sliced 4 cinnamon sticks 4 star anise 1 vanilla bean, split in half 1 tablespoon whole cardamom pods 1 teaspoon whole cloves extra for serving: cinnamon sticks, orange wedges, cranberries, star anise Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until slightly simmering and hot. Serve immediately in glasses filled with cinnamon sticks and orange slices. ---------- Vanilla Chai Recipe 2 chai tea bags 1/2 cup water 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons honey Cinnamon and nutmeg (for garnish) In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add in tea bags and steep for 7-10 minutes. Add in the milk and honey, reducing the heat to medium and warming the milk. Using a frother or immersion blender, blend until frothy.
