ELSWICK (NEWCASTLE) Has this place improved in the last year?
I visited Elswick 7 months ago and made a video on what I saw. I was really saddened by the streets as it seemed to feel like an area that was abandoned. Whether thats because of the council or the residents I'm unsure but I had to go back and see if the area had improved at all.
