This Sony 11mm f/1.8 is the lens to pick if you need autofocus and you want the more consistent edge-to-edge sharpness. It does show more distortion and vignetting without corrections, but once I enabled the lens profile in Lightroom, it cleaned up and matched up much better.

- +Autofocus lens (big advantage over manual focus options)
- +More consistent edge-to-edge sharpness across the frame
- +f/1.8 gives slightly more background blur and a bit more light
- +Lightweight (about 181g)
Cons
- -More distortion without lens profile corrections
- -More vignetting before corrections
- -Flare/sunburst looks more controlled and less “character” to me
- -Much more expensive than the TTArtisan
