So, I’m challenging myself to create a series of videos that capture what goes on during a ride - THIS is me practicing! About this video: If you had asked me what bike I’d be catching air on first, I would’ve confidently said an adventure bike - Something rugged, built for dirt, with crazy suspension, but believe it or not, I left the ground on the new Onyx RCR LTD; a little electric bike that surprised me in the best way possible. Someone said it was more of a little burp, which is true, but hey! I'm an amateur remember? hehe Throwback moment: When I was little, I told my mom I wanted a skateboard. She said no because she was convinced I would break something. It wasn’t a hard no, though, she got me a mountain bike instead. That was my introduction to two wheels, but I think a part of me still longed for that feeling of skating, and pushing limits. Maybe that’s why, when I took the Onyx RCR LTD to the side of the reservoir, it felt so right. The child in me was finally getting to experience something I had missed out on years ago.
