Video diary during my travels March 10th-13th to the Bay Area. This was such a rainy weekend and my first wedding of 2023. This video highlights a few moments during my shoots, enjoying a few nice scenes, especially at the historic Fort Point, and some things I see along the way. The end of the video highlights some of my favorite images I took during the weekend. My couple relationships and privacy are important to me so I don't always get to do video when I'm shooting alone. I am trying of ways to improve this and maybe set up the camera in little places here and there to show some behind the scenes. Featured locations in this video: Fort Point Fairfax Coffee Roasters Deer Park Villa The Signature Hotel in Oakland The idea of this came from my love of Instagram stories, capturing small moments of my travels an sharing them in snippets. Since I travel alone often I find that this is a nice way to document my life and to help keep me from feeling too alone. I also use it as a creative tool to better compose shots and frames. I like documenting these and wanted to experiment with some longer forms of it. I already have a second one shot and am planning on making this a small series. Getting better at content, substance and documenting as I go along. Would love to hear your thoughts!
