After using the Leica MP over the last couple of weeks I got my first few rolls of film back and I am so excited to share! This is a very brief look at a few of my favorite images. These were all captured on the Leica MP using my Summilux 50mm f/1.4. I used portra 160, portra 400 & a b&w roll of cheapie film given to me when I got the camera. I used the light meter for most all of these shots, something I rarely do with my m11. I wanted to fully lean into the experience of shooting in this style and trusting the light meter, even when sometimes I reluctantly had to shoot at f/5.6. Images from the Pacific Northwest, Portland, San Francisco and San Clemente. I keep this camera in my bag fairly often and have been experimenting the last few weeks whenever I had the chance. I need to not pull out the film so much when I load, causing a few light leaks [that actually look kind of neat!]. Still learning and educating myself before fully bringing it out to client work, just a slow trickle right now. Overall, I am very pleased and excited about using this camera for weddings but also personal work. I still it as something I will keep in my bag for the long haul. Definitely appreciate any tips or tricks you've learned along the way in using this camera! http://www.teribphotography.com instagram: @teribphotography Thanks so much for taking time to watch!
