I’m deep in the throes of wedding season (sleep and caffeine are currently my personality), but I wanted to do a proper follow-up on Pic-Time because I realized I had a million more things to say. I’ve been using Pic-Time since March 2021, and it’s been a huge game changer for how my galleries look and feel—both on the back end for me, and on the client-facing side for my couples. In this video, I walk you through a real gallery dashboard, how I set cover images and colors, how I organize digital + film scans (I keep it pretty basic, but you can get super granular), and the delivery settings I use most often—like downloads, security, and options like expiring a gallery. Then I get into the two features that genuinely make my workflow better. First is Find Your Favorite Moments, which is an AI-powered way for clients to pull up photos by person—separately or together—and then download, share, or send a link to someone specific (like the maid of honor). Second is the Vendor Registration tool, which is my favorite for wedding workflow: I send one registration link to planners/venues/florists/etc., vendors sign their own terms, and then I choose exactly which images they can download—plus it even gives me copy-ready Instagram credits. It’s streamlined, it’s impressive for clients, and it keeps the storytelling (and the business side) running smoothly.
