The new Yonex PERCEPT tennis racquets are designed for players who seek control and feel. Though the line is new, it certainly takes its inspiration from the outgoing VCORE PRO models. These frames have a steady following on the pro tour with the likes of Frances Tiafoe, Stan Wawrinka, and Hubert Hurkacz endorsing the racquets. A key change from the VCORE PRO models is the SERVO FILTER, which is a thin film wrapped around the graphite to filter vibration without overly muting the feel. This new technology takes the place of Vibration Dampening Mesh, which was in the last two generations of the VCORE PROs. Yonex also stiffened the racquet face on the PERCEPT line for added stability and power, but there is still plenty of flex in the shaft to provide comfort.
