This little AI agent built a working game on its own, I didn't write a single line of code. It runs offline on your PC, it's completely free, and you control it from your phone. In this step-by-step tutorial I'll show you how to set up Hermes, a self-learning AI agent that gets smarter the more you use it. We'll install a local AI model with LM Studio, set up WSL, install Hermes, and connect it to free web-search APIs that give you a thousand credits a month each. Then we'll schedule cron jobs so the agent runs recurring tasks for you automatically, tour the multi-agent dashboard, and finish by connecting Codex and letting the AI build a game completely on its own.
