About This Video

I’ve always been a big fan of compact phones, but my relationship with them has been mixed for one simple reason: a small phone shouldn’t feel like a downgraded flagship. In this video, I put three of the most popular compact flagships head-to-head — OnePlus 15T, Samsung S26, and iPhone 17 Pro — using a strict, numbers-driven scoring system (3 points for first, 2 for second, 1 for third). I’m looking for the compact formula done properly: easy one-hand use, slim and lightweight build, and a full flagship experience with no compromises. I break down the real differences across in-hand feel, display, performance, camera, battery, and software. The OnePlus 15T stands out with the narrowest bezels and a crazy-smooth 165Hz panel, plus a massive 7500mAh Glacier battery that basically ends the battery debate. iPhone 17 Pro is still the most reliable for camera consistency and especially video, and its A19 Pro performance is in a league of its own. Samsung S26 wins on slim, lightweight design, but the 1080p panel, conservative camera hardware, and weak charging/battery setup hold it back. At the end, I explain why I’ve officially switched from iPhone 17 Pro to OnePlus 15T: it’s the most balanced compact flagship here, and it finally fixes the biggest compact-phone problem — battery life — without feeling compromised.
