I walk you through the exact settings I use on Nothing OS 4.1 to get better screen-on time, starting with the biggest culprit: background apps. I show you how to check Battery Usage, spot apps that keep running in the background, and set them to “Restricted” so they stop eating battery silently. After that, I focus on the Nothing-specific stuff that many people ignore—Glyph Interface and Always-on Display. I explain why high Glyph brightness and unnecessary notifications can drain more than you expect, and how I set it up with Essential Notifications only. Then I optimize the display by turning off AOD and lowering refresh rate from 120Hz to Dynamic/Standard when you want maximum backup. Finally, I cover network drain—if your signal is weak, 5G can drop your battery faster, so I show when switching to 4G/LTE makes sense.
