A Demon of a Day… I Wrecked My Own Bike 😅

One simple mistake. One massive repair bill. 🤦‍♂️ They say "safety first," so I made sure to lock up my BMW R1300GS (the tractor) in a supermarket car park using my Litelok Core. Great for security... not so great when you forget it's there and try to ride off. Within half a revolution of the front wheel, everything went wrong. We’re talking bent spokes, a peeing brake caliper, and a repair bill that had my "Man-Maths" working overtime. Is £2,300 worth of damage enough to justify trading in for a new bike?
