Ping pong balls are a cheap, easy supply that works great for playful counting, filling, and simple STEM investigations. I like using lightweight materials like this because preschoolers can manipulate them independently. They’re also easy to swap into different centers during the week.
“So, I get ping pong balls in all colors and I will hot glue their ping pong ball onto one side of their little X, but I'll let them color it with markers first”
“And you guys, pom pom, popsicle sticks, and ping pong balls”
“Um I get the rainbow ping pong balls from Amazon”
