This is one of those foundational crochet skills that opens up a ton of possibilities once you’ve got it down. I’m using a 5mm Clover Amour hook in this tutorial, and I share this style of granny square because it’s super versatile—you can use it for blankets, bags, scarves, and basically anything you want to piece together.
