I chose a widescreen monitor so I’m not straining my eyes on a small laptop screen all day. It’s wide enough to comfortably run two windows side-by-side, which makes me way more productive—similar to having multiple screens like I did in banking. I connect my laptop and mirror everything to the monitor, and I barely use the laptop screen at my desk.
