Tammy's Studio Pilates Journey: Packed Classes & Big Wins!

When Tammy Birlew opened the studio doors to her very own Studio Pilates International franchise in Chanhassen, Minnesota, she knew she was bringing something different to her community. With no Reformer Pilates studios in her area, Tammy saw an opportunity to introduce the globally-loved Studio Pilates brand to fill the gap in the local fitness scene. And Tammy was right! Over 1,500 excited Chanhassen locals pre-registered their interest to try Studio Pilates reformer workouts for the first time. Tammy describes the studio opening as a “whirlwind”, and had to add 4 extra classes per day to meet demand!  From the moment Tammy made the decision to become a franchisee, she was never alone. The Studio Pilates Global Support team helped her hit the ground running, ensuring everything—from marketing to business operations and instructor training—was in place for a smooth, successful opening and beyond.
