About This Video

It’s Day 14 of the 25 Days of Planner Tips collab (hosted by Tamra at @thepaperandpengirl), and in this video I’m sharing the tips that genuinely help me get the most out of my planner—especially if you’re using a discbound setup like I do. When I say “most out of your planner,” I’m not talking about making it perfect. I’m talking about making it useful: a tool that keeps you on track, helps you follow through, and still leaves room to be creative. I walk through how I approach planning in a way that’s both functional and decorative, because for me those two things work together. The big takeaway is to make your planner work for your actual life—your routines, your season, and your priorities—not the other way around. And because I’m in a discbound planner, I’m always adjusting: moving pages, swapping inserts, refreshing sections, and keeping what’s working while letting go of what’s not. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re “not using your planner right,” this one is meant to help you reset and plan smarter without losing the fun.
