I start by creating my annual foundation pages: a word of the year, a vision statement, and a vision board that feels like “me” (not just a bunch of random Pinterest vibes). This part is all about getting clear on what I want 2026 to look like, so my planner isn’t just holding plans… it’s holding direction. Then I take those big-picture goals and plug them into a time-based system so they don’t just sit there looking cute. I break everything down from yearly goals into quarterly focus, then into monthly, weekly, and daily actions—so I’m actually goal getting while I plan. And because I’m in a discbound setup, I can build custom inserts, move pages around, and refresh the layout as my priorities shift. If you’ve ever set goals in January and then completely forgotten them by March, this is the kind of planning flow that keeps your vision in front of you all year long.
