Scotch and Honey

Today we make 3 cocktails combining Scotch Whisky with Honey. The old classic Rusty Nail, a simple mix of Scotch, Drambuie, and Bitters. Simple, but very nice. Then we go for complex flavors with the Penicillin, which builds on the Rusty Nail's simple flavors by adding some acid, spice, and smoke. Then I take those flavors and make my own original cocktail using the old Prohibition era ratios of the Corpse Reviver #2.
