Blue Cocktails That Actually Taste Great

Blue Curacao is a favorite of TikTok videos, Applebee's menus, and neon colored college bar sugar-bomb drinks. I wanted to find ways to use it in a well-balance classic style cocktail, highlighting both it's flavor, and it's color. I'll make 5 cocktails, variations on classics like the Ramos Gin Fizz (an egg white cocktail famous for it's 12 minutes of shaking), and the Velvet Fog.
