I recently had the good fortune to visit one of the best bars in Boston, also considered to be one of the best bards in America, and ranked by some as one of the world's best bars. Backbar in Union Square, Somerville MA. I'm going to recreate 3 fantastic cocktails they made and talk a bit about the bar.
