Is it OK to Self Master?

Thanks to more and more plugin emulations of high-end gear being released, along with advances in AI technology, the concept of mastering a track is now more accessible than ever and will only improve over time. However, to create a successful master is another thing altogether. There's a reason why master engineers take years to learn their craft, and it's always beneficial to get a new set of ears (especially if they're well-trained and professional ones) to cast their expertise on a track.
