It’s giving 2:12 a.m. airport chaos because we literally had no sleep and it was so dark outside, but somehow we were still laughing and taking the brightest flash videos ever. I vlogged the whole Manila trip with my friends (and yes, ft. Danie) from the airport food runs to finally getting a seat on the bus, arriving in Manila, and checking into our hotel. I also did a mini room tour because I genuinely liked the room—lowkey vintage vibes, super cold, and I had a whole bed to myself (as I should). We ended the night with me in my PJs, taking my makeup off, and being so sleepy but still excited for the next day. The next day was all about going out, eating good food, and having those “wait this is so cute” moments in the mall—MUJI, little finds, and just walking around with friends. I also tried the Dubai chewy cookie (I even made it a challenge not to mess up my lips), and I was so bloated after eating a lot, but it was worth it. Meeting Danie in person was actually insane because I’ve been watching her for years, and she was even more beautiful in real life. Overall, Manila was very fun and honestly felt even better for me this year—like I miss the people already, but I’m super grateful for the memories (even if we had to go back to school right after).
