This is the bottle I reviewed three ways (neat, with water, and on the rocks), and honestly it didn’t work for me. Neat it felt “confused” with sweet/sour/smoky/oily notes all fighting, and on ice it turned harsh and dry. If you still want to try it, I’d say the most drinkable way I found was with a little water—though it ends up tasting more like a simple bourbon.
