I tested Kyrö Pink Gin three ways—neat, shaken with ice, and on the rocks—and it stayed very drinkable across the board with basically zero burn going down. The main thing you need to know is it’s sweet (layers of sweetness), and neat gives me a distinct minty note at the back of the throat; chilled makes it slightly less sweet and brings out a bit of spiciness.
