$40 Laser Marking Spray - Is It Worth It?

I finally tested my first professional laser marking spray: the xTool Glass & Metal Marking Spray. At over 40 dollars for an 8oz can, the question is simple: is it really worth it… or should you stick with cheap DIY options like tempera paint? Over the last year and change I’ve tested DIY coatings like moly dry lube, acrylic paint, chalk paint, permanent marker, and even kids’ tempera paint. To my surprise, tempera came out on top for glass. It is cheap, safe, and easy to clean.
