Budget Monster Bluetooth FM Transmitter - Is it Good?

Why I didn't keep the Monster Bluetooth FM I really liked this and it's nothing wrong with it on it's own, it's the same issue with all of these similar models that have a built in microphone. When you have a cigarette lighter outlet too far away from your face it just wouldn't get much sound. Other than phone calls it's really great. The audio sound is good.
