There are a number of things that could cause your care to idle rough and I walk through a number of them. Mass Air Flow Sensor being dirty can be an issue, a dirty air filter, dirty fuel injectors, worn or dirty spark plugs, as well as a dirty throttle body or air intake. There are a number of other things that can cause this issue from a vacuum leak, a misfire or exhaust issues as well as oxygen sensors.
