Axial Shift Review and Unboxing (Why is Microtech scared of this knife?)

Axial Gear got my attention with the Axial Shift OTF while researching American Made OTF's for my new EDC carry knife. I think an OTF is the perfect EDC knife for most people, and since Virginia had finally made them legal to carry, I wanted to get a really nice USA made OTF to be my new EDC pocket knife. While looking at Mictrotec Ultratech, I stumbled across the Axial Shift. With some great reviews they had my attention, Then I heard that Microtech had let their dealers know that if they carried Axial, they would no longer be able to sell Microtech! Well if they are that concerned about this brand that tells me it must at least as good if not better! I needed to find out why.
