I’m working in my Scribbles That Matter black-page journal and leaning into that cozy, moody look—lots of warm neutrals, travel icons, and little details that feel like a scrapbook-y memory page but still super functional for planning. I walk you through how I pull the theme together using my Wanderlust sticker sheet (from my shop) plus some bow/ribbon stickers for extra softness. I also use Sakura Moonlight Gelly Rolls to get that crisp, opaque pop on black paper—because if you’ve ever tried to use the wrong pen on black pages… you know the struggle. The takeaway is really that you don’t need a complicated layout to make it feel special: pick a tight color palette, repeat a few motifs (stamps, luggage, maps, bows), and let the black paper do the heavy lifting for contrast and coziness.
