The Put Yourself First Project: Youth Mental Health Rally

The Saskatoon Industry Education Council presents an interactive event for students in Grades 6–12 is led by youth, for youth and centers around the theme “Put Yourself First.” Hear from four inspiring speakers as they share their personal stories of resilience and the mental health practices that support their well-being. The rally will also include engaging activities and meaningful conversations designed to help students build awareness, connection, and positive mental health habits. This event is part of a larger Mental Health Week initiative, with participating teachers receiving a full package of daily challenges and classroom-ready lessons to continue the learning all week long.
