HeyGen is what I used to make an AI video avatar of myself, and it’s way more sensitive than you’d expect. If you feed it clean, dedicated training footage (no jump cuts, minimal looking around), it can get surprisingly convincing for small updates—especially when paired with a better voice clone.

Cons

-Does not like jump cuts or typical YouTube pacing
-Training footage requirements are strict (gaze, pauses, gestures)
