Hey guys! After your wisdom teeth surgery, here are some useful tips & demonstrations of things you should be prepared for from comfort to eating & drinking, oral hygiene, DIY ice pack holder, and more.* Additional comment(s): - Looking back, this wasn’t clear in the video: it is recommended to alternate between using ice packs and taking breaks without them in intervals. Ex: 15-20 minutes using ice packs and then 15-20 min without ice packs before using them again, I found it easier to rotate packs in and out of the freezer to do so after times were up. (Shout out to Anahi for pointing this out!) If you still have time to get the *special* ice packs, here are some options: - Blue: https://amzn.to/3ahBJkB (with 4 reusable packs) - Black neoprene: https://amzn.to/3qglB8h (with 4 reusable packs) - Blue: https://amzn.to/3pctOsV (more basic doesn't come with extra packs) (p.s. as of 2021 I am now an amazon affiliate and if you use my link at no extra cost to you, I might earn from qualifying purchases) Best of luck in your healing process! Thumbs up this video if you liked it and feel free to subscribe for more, xx Sami *Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I am sharing my own wisdom teeth surgery recovery experience & what helped me based on my doctor’s advice so other people can be better prepared for recovery. If you are feeling anything urgent from your surgery please contact your doctor/local emergency line for professional advice and care.
