Ulta 3 Starlit Primer

I wore the Ulta3 Starlit Luminizing Primer and it fully changed my mind about decluttering it. It’s illuminating but also really moisturising and nourishing on the skin, and it made my base look so pretty. I’m keeping it, even though it might be hard to find now.
