I grabbed this because it was $4 and I was curious, but it was a fail for me. It’s super light to the point where I can barely smell anything, and the shimmer isn’t really noticeable either.

+Feels refreshing and water-based on the skin

Cons

-Scent is extremely faint and basically disappears
-Shimmer doesn’t really show up
