I used the 1000 Hour 3-in-1 Brow Pencil again because it’s such an easy all-in-one: pencil, powder, and clear gel. The medium shade looked like it might be too dark, but I can get away with it, especially when I’m doing a more makeup-y look. I like starting the powder from the tail so the front stays softer and more natural.
